You need movement.
Next time you feel stuck, try this:
- Pause
- Notice where you feel it in your body
(head, chest, belly — don’t overthink it) - Breathe into that space
- As you exhale, imagine it moving down your body
- Let it drop into the ground beneath you
No forcing.
No fixing.
Just letting your body process what it’s been holding.
🌍 You’re Not Meant to Carry It All Alone
One of the biggest shifts I see in clients is this:
