Soul Retrieval is a deeper form of shamanic healing for patterns rooted in old wounds, trauma, or significant life events that still echo in the present.
During times of shock, loss, or emotional overwhelm, parts of our energy or sense of self can fragment as a protective response. Soul Retrieval works to gently restore these parts, supporting a greater sense of wholeness, vitality, and presence.

What exactly is shamanic healing?
Shamanic healing is a form of inner work that engages with the unconscious layers of the psyche—the parts of us that hold old stories, emotional imprints, and survival patterns. Through guided journeying and symbolic imagery, we access insight and healing beyond the thinking mind, allowing change to happen at a deeper, more embodied level.
It’s not about fixing you. It’s about reconnecting you with parts of yourself that already hold wisdom, resilience, and clarity.
Is this religious or does it conflict with my beliefs?
No. Shamanic work is not a religion and doesn’t require any belief system. It’s an experiential, symbolic practice that works with imagery, intuition, and inner awareness—much like depth psychology, active imagination, or guided visualisation.
You’re always free to interpret what arises in a way that aligns with your own worldview.
Do I need prior experience with shamanic journeying?
Not at all. I guide you gently through the process, and there’s no “right” or “wrong” way to experience a journey. Some people see images clearly, others sense, feel, or simply know what’s happening. All of these are valid.
What happens in an online session?
Sessions take place via Zoom. You’ll be in a comfortable, quiet space while I guide you through the process.
We’ll begin with grounding and clarifying your intention. During the journey portion of the session, I may use drumming or rattling to support the journeying process. These rhythmic sounds help shift awareness away from the thinking mind and into a more intuitive, embodied state, making it easier to access inner imagery and insight.
After the journey, we’ll spend time integrating what arose—reflecting on its meaning, how it relates to your life, and how to gently work with it moving forward. This integration ensures the session supports real, sustainable change beyond the experience itself.
Online work is just as effective as in-person sessions.
Will I lose control or go into a trance?
No. You remain conscious and aware throughout the session. Shamanic journeying is a guided, intentional process, not hypnosis. You’re always in control and can stop or adjust the experience at any time.
Is this therapy?
Shamanic healing is not psychotherapy, but it can be deeply therapeutic. My work blends shamanic practices with practical coaching and integration to support insight, emotional processing, and real-world change.

What is integration, and why is it important?
Integration is how insight becomes lived change. Without it, powerful experiences can remain interesting but disconnected from daily life.
