A Practical Weekend Workshop for Women Seeking Clarity and Change

There are times in life when you know something needs to change, even if you can’t yet see what that change looks like. You may feel a quiet dissatisfaction, a crossroads moment, or an inner knowing that the way things are no longer fits.

Weaving a New Way is a two-day, small-group weekend workshop for women seeking clarity, direction and meaningful personal change, delivered in a grounded, practical and embodied way.

A Practical Weekend Immersion for Meaningful Change

This weekend offers a calm, supportive space to explore one specific area of your life where you’re seeking clarity; emotionally, relationally or practically.

If you’ve found yourself going over the same questions again and again, it’s not because you’re doing something wrong. Often, different parts of you are holding competing needs or concerns, making it difficult to move forward with confidence.

Rather than pushing for answers or forcing decisions, this personal growth workshop works gently with awareness, the body and reflection. The focus is on understanding what’s really happening beneath the surface, releasing what’s no longer helpful, and integrating change in ways that make sense in real life.

Over the course of two days, you’ll reconnect with your inner authority and leave with a clearer, steadier sense of direction that continues beyond the weekend.

What to Expect from This Women’s Weekend Workshop in Johannesburg

This is a two-day, small-group immersion designed to support you with one area of life that feels unresolved or difficult to see clearly; whether that’s in relationships, work, family or personal decision-making.

Rather than trying to work on everything at once, the weekend stays focused and contained. Together, we’ll move your chosen area through a clear process of understanding, release and integration, allowing change to unfold in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.

The workshop follows a simple four-stage framework inspired by the Andean Medicine Wheel, translated into a grounded structure that you can continue to use long after the weekend ends.

Throughout the two days, the work centres on:

  • Nervous system awareness
  • Self-trust
  • Boundaries
  • Conscious choice

This ensures that insight turns into lived change, not just awareness.

What You’ll Experience During the Weekend

Across the weekend, you’ll be guided through reflective inquiry, body-based awareness and shamanic journey work, all held in a way that is accessible and grounded rather than abstract.

The pace is intentionally spacious, allowing time to integrate what’s unfolding rather than rushing from one insight to the next. You’ll also be introduced to clear, practical frameworks you can use in everyday life, supported by steady, respectful coaching throughout.

What You’ll Leave With

By the end of the weekend, most women leave with a clearer understanding of what has been shaping their experience and what has been limiting movement.

There’s often a noticeable shift in how you relate to the situation you’ve been working with; less internal tension, more choice and self-trust. You’ll leave with stronger internal boundaries, language for your experience, and a grounded, realistic sense of what comes next; a way forward that feels possible to live.

Who This Johannesburg Personal Growth Workshop Is For

This weekend is for women who know they want something different, even if the details aren’t fully clear yet. You may have thought things through, talked them over, or tried to “do the right thing,” but still feel uncertain about what needs to change.

It’s particularly supportive for women who notice patterns of over-giving, over-functioning or putting their own needs last, and who want to make clearer, more self-honouring choices.

This is a space to slow down, gain perspective and reconnect with yourself; so that any changes you make are grounded, realistic and aligned with who you are now.
