Each week, we’ll focus on a specific area of the nervous system and emotional regulation—identifying patterns, releasing stored tension, and rebuilding connection to your most grounded, empowered self.

You'll be guided by:

Guiding the body-based reconnection through functional health, nutrition and nervous system tools

The breakdown:

Week 1: Reconnect & Reflect

Understand what’s really going on in your body and mind.
You’ll learn how your nervous system actually works (and what’s been keeping you stuck). Start noticing your patterns, build awareness, and get back into your body.

Week 2: Feel It to Heal It

Build emotional awareness and learn how to process, not suppress.
Learn how stuck emotions create physical symptoms, and what your body is really trying to tell you. This week is all about emotional literacy and nervous system regulation.

Week 3: Master Your State

Understand the link between thoughts, feelings, and your body.
We’ll explore how your thoughts impact your emotional and physical state (and vice versa). Learn the neuroscience of stress + how to consciously shift your energy.


Week 4: Cultivate Connection & Contentment

Activate self-trust, love, and emotional resilience.
This week, we shift from survival to restoration—boosting oxytocin and learning how to access good-feeling states that actually stick.


Week 5: Speak Your Truth

Clear emotional tension by improving how you express yourself.
We dive into communication, boundary-setting, and the mind-body link between your voice and your nervous system. Learn to express needs, not just emotions.


Week 6: Integrate & Embody

Lock it all in—this is where the shift becomes your new normal.
You’ll learn how to maintain everything you’ve gained and create simple, sustainable systems that keep you grounded and aligned in daily life.
