In this 75-minute guided workshop, you’ll be supported to:
• Settle your nervous system and arrive fully
• Reflect on the past year using my 9 essential reflection questions
• Clarify what you want more of — and less of — in the year ahead
• Take part in a guided visualization to connect with your future self
• Identify simple, practical intentions you can carry into January
You’ll leave feeling:

✔ Confident about how you want to begin the year
A replay will be available to all registered participants.
In this 75-minute guided workshop, you’ll be supported to:
